The best thing about this program was its ease of use for an organization like mine with limited resources in terms of IT personnel or even computer literacy! It really helped us keep track of all our certifications so we could easily reference them when needed as well.

I wish there were more options available such as adding custom fields but other than that it worked great! There are some minor glitches here and there which can be frustrating at times - especially if you're not used to using programs similar to this one. However once you get over those initial hurdles it's very easy going from then on out. We've been able to manage many different types of certification ranging from OSHA compliance through HIPAA security requirements.
