My intention was to revise at 6 months and then again at 12 months. The ceiling mounts used in other rooms didn't fit and the wall mounts were frustrating because I didn't want to fiddle with the nail finder or create unnecessary holes in the wall through human error (mine). So I found this wall mount without rivets. I installed this 5 days ago and on days 3 and 4 we had an earthquake and aftershock that was stronger than the original tremor the day before. He's still holding on. The only thing to note is that the included equalizer is NOT reliable. I learned that from the reviews before I bought it. I used the leveler that came with it, not the one I had. They showed different readings. I chose my level based on recommendations from previous reviewers and am satisfied. The next step is to get cable management tapes to hide the cables. I plan on getting some that are paintable and can hold more cords than I have so I have room to grow without having to make additional purchases. For the price, quality and reliability I think this is the best choice. nice choice. After installation, the TV cannot be tilted or rotated. It's fixed. So keep that in mind.
