Overall I am happy with this product although I have only been using it for about 20 days. Not sure about long term use but I think it will last as long as the rubber doesn't wear out. The bracelet also has internal texture to prevent it from moving, which can wear out over time. it depends on your use case. I mainly use it for cycling along with other styles. The advantage of this stretchable case is that your phone is completely sealed, making it very secure and can be used in rainy or humid weather. However, it has the disadvantage that access to it is blocked until you take your phone out of your pocket. Compared to other phone holders, most of the different "open style" phone holders use rubber bands or clips to hold the corners. So if you need access to your phone's screen this is what you need, but these holders put a lot more effort into keeping your phone stable. This elastic case version is more delicate as the phone is caught and cannot fall out. If I can hold out for a few months I will be happy. I don't expect this to last forever as all parts like this wear out sooner or later. This one will definitely last longer compared to the open style. So you choose the design you want, whether you want longer life and a more secure phone mount, or you want quick and easy access to your phone in a different style.
