Product originally worked. As for 1 day. Then the device gets very hot. Does not turn off and does not hold the set temperature. and you have to keep an eye on the thermometer and turn off the heating so it doesn't get hot. The lights don't work half the time and you can't tell if they're on when you plug them in. Obviously it's on, otherwise the water wouldn't heat up as quickly! Not worth the money and hassle.
