Conclusion: IT FOUND WHAT I WANTED!

I wanted to refurbish my fiberglass SUP I've had for almost 5 years and it worked! Looks very good after polishing. It easily took care of watermarks and minor scratches and added a nice refreshed look to the board. It's like polishing a car, but easier. He did what I wanted!

Removes tarnish and oxidation leaving a protective layer on the surface
