Simply remove the white interior and then use a very small flathead screwdriver to pry the tab holding the metal connector to the connector. Then pull the wire on the back and everything comes out easily. Remove the green rubber plug and insert the plug there, then close the other hole. Tested low level works and affects the sound very much! My previous fan that I bought had a blown connector. But the fan works when you wind it up!😂😂
