Review on Porsche Charge Battery Maintainer Charger by Jason Hill

It will NOT turn on! Had to pay $215 for something NOT INCLUDED! No FAQ if it doesn't turn on. No phone, no website. I'm pretty sure this isn't a genuine Porsche product. I went to Rennlist.com (Porsche owners know them) and posted the following. I would give this paper ZERO stars, but I'm human. "Hi everyone! I'll try to keep it short. My 986 is dead and I can't access the front panel battery as it needs power to flip the switch. I've been trying to tow trucks to get over to jump the fuse box. To no avail. My car died while I was driving. I can't access the main cable as I don't have the tools or time. So I went to Amazon to buy a charger/maintainer. First I'm stuck it into my wall. It doesn't light up. I believe it should be plugged into a cigarette socket. Nope. The device has no on/off switch and no phone number to call.. So now I'm stuck. Is this a two-tiered product? it says "Porsche" (see picture). Will I send it back? Finally, with all your knowledge, how do I get this car running again? This is an original 911 from 2002.
