Wonderful product on my review.

Bought this for my second baby, wish I would’ve coughed up the money and had it for the first. I never write reviews but I love this so much that I had to for this. The ice packs are the only thing that I probably wouldn’t get if I bought all the products separately. The ice packs are pretty much the same as what they have in the hospital. So if you like those, you’ll like the Frida ones. The underwear are super comfortable. I didn’t think they’d be of much use but, now having worn them, they make things so much more comfortable after birth. They go up to cover the belly button and are boy shorts. They keep whatever you put in them (pads, ice packs, etc) in place and don’t fall down. I’m size small and the fit is perfect. It’s nice to have the support that the underwear provide. The liner pads and foam work very nicely together and are super soothing. The soothing feeling lasts a long time, maybe like an hour. There aren’t any pads in and of itself in the pack, so I used the smaller hospital pads underneath, and that combo - pad + pad liner + foam - worked perfectly together. The pack doesn’t come with a peri bottle. I used the one from the hospital. In terms of how long the pack lasts, I’d say about 4 days. There isn’t the same amount of each product in the pack, so it gets used up at different rates. If I had to do this all over again, trying to balance $$ and comfort, I would get 1-2 Frida packs, and from the hospital - peri bottle, witch hazel towelettes (the smaller, circular ones, to use later on after the Frida ones are gone), and as many of the pads as I could.

Cons
