Not the best option for high volume but works, the light is good but uses a lot of power so most of the time it needs to be plugged into an outlet (when the light is on) , but you can turn it off and turn on at normal volume. He can play 3 or 4 hours. FM works great, only problem is you have to keep the charging cable plugged into the speaker (it works like an antenna).
