Reliable and easy-to-use form builder tool
I like how easy it is to use, and how flexible it is for different types of data collection. There are many options available, which makes it very versatile. Some functions can be difficult to figure out or hard to implement if you're not familiar with them. If you're looking for a form builder tool, this is definitely worth checking out! We solve our customer service issues by collecting information from customers via surveys, emails, and chat. This software helps us collect all of these forms of data at once.
Pros
- Easy interface design; intuitive layout.
- Great variety in survey designs/questions that we could choose among.
- Very good user support when needed
- Good pricing structure reasonable price per month compared against other competitors' plans (easeus)
Cons
- Some features require knowledge about HTML coding etc., so maybe new users won't have much experience using such tools
