This collar is amazing technology! Our trainer recommended this for our 6 month old Goldendoodle who is very, very 'voiced' and has 'empathy with people'. He came into our family on March 17th just before everyone was quarantined so he was very attached to the family but I don't think he realized there were other people in the world. It was such a test for us that now when he sees people, he literally transforms into Kujo. Not even a joke! After a few days with this collar he stopped barking completely here and there. We use citronella but I love that it emits a warning sound before releasing the spray. Now he understands, and that gives him a chance to pull himself together. I think it actually made him more alert and curious because he doesn't go crazy for barking. He is more observant and curious. It's great in the car because the barking right behind my head almost drove me crazy and deaf. I love that you can use the remote when learning signals for other species, and it can be automatic when you're off the leash at the dog park. That saved my life!
