Review on 🎧 Ultimate Listening Experience: Audio Technica ATHM50 Studio Monitor Headphones - Coiled Cable, White Color by Chris Hunt

Gateway Drug for Music Beginners

Why 4 Stars? You are really good. Ratings and numbers don't lie. This is a solid headset. Kept the 5th star because you can find very high quality phones at higher prices. However, these phones offer the best value in the $100-$200 range. HANDS DOWN. Pros: Before that I used MONSTER Beats Pro which have deep bass. This is a sacrifice though as the sound is DEFINITELY smooth compared to the ATH-M50. I would say if you listen to hip hop or music that requires deep bass like dubstep or something like that download your beats. But if you want all music to shine with good balance across all frequencies, you need ATH. They're lighter than my Beats and I love the way they fold. The cable is of very good quality. All white looks VERY stylish too. The cable is also enough to get to your source. Cons: It's hard to find cons. It is made of plastic parts, but they are durable. I keep them on my desktop so can't confirm how they will handle aggressive use in public all the time. If they are white, can they fade later? may be? but I keep them on my desk and put them in my drawer every night. I wish the cord was interchangeable and detachable, but for the price, it's a luxury. Who are they for? Obviously, DJs and musicians will get more expensive hats. If you're a semi/pseudo audiophile or on a budget, get these. Get them for your college grad. Get them for home use or office use. Get them if you're a musician and like a headphone amp. If you love piano music, get this one. Grab these if you're traveling and don't want to carry REALLY good headphones with you. Simply solid. If you like aggressive bass-heavy music, get the BEATS for that genre. Other music sounds muddy.
