Instructions unclear. I feel very comfortable and the IKEA instructions are easy for me to follow. It took me several days to figure out this ceiling mount due to missing parts in my order. There are washers to attach the tube that holds the TV but I only had two washers for this part and no extras. The bolts connecting the two tubes didn't fit as they were too long and didn't mount flush until I put something together using the spacers and extra washers I had in my tool kit. Also, the instructions don't say how to tilt the TV too much; I had to see that. Also if you encounter the problem of not being able to find ceiling joists like I did, this will NOT work for you as shown in my update below. For the price I felt this product didn't suit me but couldn't return it when I used it. Not that I would buy again. Update 11.21: As the video shows, it didn't even last more than a day. Waste of time and money especially since I can't even return it as it was bought earlier this year.
