Review on 🕯️ Candle by the Hour 48-Hour Horizontal Candle: Eco-friendly Natural Beeswax with Cotton Wick - Long-lasting & Sustainable by Alan Pfeiffer

I like the design and concept of the candle holder. Other than that, I took it out of the box and set it up. I lit the candle and let it burn for about an hour or until the candle went out on its own. the first lighting of the wick smells, and then it will be good?). The next day I lit the candle again and let it burn for another hour until it went out by itself. Again, I felt uncomfortable with the smell she gave off. On the third day, about 24 hours after the candle was last lit, I invited a friend into the room and just waited for him to comment on the (unprovoked) smell. "Sorry, but this room smells like urine." — my friend said. I agreed and presented a new candle, and without getting too close, we were both able to confirm that the candle was the source of the stench. I immediately disposed of the rolled candle, but spared the stand. A few days later the bad smell still comes through and it's now too cold to open the windows. I would also like to point out that while the candle was burning, I noticed a familiar sensation in my nose and throat... have you ever been in a car with someone while they were smoking? It was like an annoyance. I understand that the candle shouldn't be scented and that it's made from beeswax, so I don't understand why it smells so bad. 2 stars because I like the holder but the candle is disgusting. I would be willing to try replacing the candle if it was scented (with a scent I like). Although I don't want to spend any more money on the thing at the moment.
