Few years ago i bought from the same company https://www.amazon.com/STARPOINT-Expandable-Multi-Unit-Receivers-Transmitter/dp/B00LFATHKS/ref=pd_bxgy_60_2?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00LFATHKS&pd_rd_r=6FGVG1BS8FWKP9SG5RFH&pd_rd_w=cpiyS&pd_rd_wg=OhRW0&psc=1&refRID=6FGVG1BS8FWKP9SG5RFH the same set in white color but for the interior use.Back then in 2015 the company were behind there product warranty and send me a replacement for the damaged none working doorbell and because of there excellent costumer service i didn't Hesitate this time again to buy from them! when i received the product was packed nicely and everything in order so i paired this new system with my old system and works perfectly thus when they all ring together they skip a second between the Black set to the White set! not much noticeable.BUT When i came across to install the remote bell one of them just kept loosing open without click to hold it attached to the housing of the frame and after looking to find a solution i found out that the clip/lip that hold the two housing together is bend inward & almost broken, so how can it be waterproof and for exterior use if it's mechanizm to lock it in place is made from thin hair plastic layer that stays open.And to send it back for this, i don't think so! it's already installed and on the go.

but also gluing it then i am preventing myself from future battery replacement!For now, i am using the good remote control for the exterior and hope the company will reach out and send me a replacement for the remote control! I have no doubt they will contact me like the other time, and i will update my review then.Updates:The Company again show me what is customer service is all about, today I received in the mail envelope and was new remote in it!I didn't even know they are sending me the remote, was a surprise.5 stars all the way.Don't hesitate to buy from them or even if you have issues while you receive them, they will help you!
