Review on 🍽️ Norpro 3-Cup Gravy Fat Separator and Meat Juice Measurer - Holds Up to 4 Cups (1 Liter) by Jessica Thomas

I chose this sauce separator because it has no moving parts, unlike the ones with the plunger at the bottom - I thought it was unlikely to break. Well, the joke is mine. I bought it in January and used it a few times, definitely less than 10. It worked perfectly until April the bottom cracked and it started dripping all over the countertop. I had to throw it away. I think I'll try one more of the glass flasks with a flask at the bottom.
