The kit has arrived including pads, rotors, clamps and grease. BUT one of the rotors ended up with two defects. The defect was filled and ground nearly smooth, but was still 0.010 higher than the surrounding machined smooth surface of the rotor. It is clear that this is post-processing as the processing marks on the rotor alignment do not extend to this higher area. Very disappointed with Powerstop. I called their customer service and CSR explained how to email to request a warranty replacement but was very keen to attach photos of the defective product. It seems that quality customer service could make a claim on the call I already made. I ended up sending the kit back via Revain and a new replacement is on the way. I hope the replacement will be better than the first. If we were to install a defective rotor we would definitely have vibration and excessive heat due to the high points in the rotor.
