Insufficient functionality
VCR played audio but no video. It only responded to the power button on the VCR itself; Pressing play, pause, stop and rewind buttons had no response. The VCR did not respond to the buttons on the remote control other than trying to eject the tape when he pressed the eject button on the remote control. However, it was found that the frame of the VCR was bent in such a way that the tape could not be ejected and was therefore pushed back into the VCR. I had to open the case and remove the tape manually. Slight bending of the frame and cracked bezel may be caused by improper packaging on the part of the seller. I returned the VCR for a refund.
