I have four digital players now, three old ones do not play the new H265 codec that is available now. My internet speed is too slow for live video streaming, so I need to download video content to PC and watch it offline. This player plays the H265 codec. It also plays some of the larger 10GB videos I have. But the form factor of the player is too small. The pair of large flash drives I use won't fit in the USB ports because the ports are too close together. I wish the player was twice the size, with USB ports on the back so nothing sticks out in the front. Another complaint is that the player menu only shows 10 files at a time. When I plug in 2 or 5 terabyte drives with hundreds of movies, it takes too long to scroll through the content to find the movie that suits my mood. So I use flash drives and download 30 or 40 movies that I'm going to watch on my PC. I have plenty of free space on my projector's video screen that can easily display several hundred movies at once, just like a folder on a PC. You must also use the up or down arrow to navigate between internal storage, SD card, or two USB ports. With all the screen real estate, all of these discs could be placed on the main screen at once. So why hide things when there is no need to.
