VERY nice looking, sturdy

Very pretty, doesn't stand out on the table but very functional with the middle shelf and in the space between the table and the middle shelf. It fully supports my large monitor's legs so there are no alignment issues, and best of all it's VERY solid! It would take some very serious physical abuse to break it - something that wouldn't happen if used as intended in the home or office. Very impressive. Yes I got it for free as a Revain Vine reviewer but now that I have it I can easily say I would buy it for myself if I didn't already have it. The ONLY potential problem with this - and not the fault of the stand itself - it does what it's designed to do, it elevates the screen to a position that could potentially cause neck strain for anyone using bi- or especially trifocal lenses, or possibly progressive lenses. But if you don't need glasses or have single vision glasses (which I've already decided to do if I get new glasses soon) then it's great - the screen aligns almost perfectly. across the viewing angle when your head is in a naturally upright position, rather than looking down slightly when the monitor is low over your desk. Only if you have to tilt your head back to look through the underside of the lenses can this cause a slight strain on the neck. It is worthwhile for me to get a second pair of single vision lenses that correspond to the mid-range lenses in my trifocals. Just keep that in mind as an issue and decide how best to use this stand when you decide to buy one. I highly recommend it!
