Outside of the bag it looked half used.

available I was very distressed to see it arrived in a bag and then when I opened the bag the whole assembly looked so cheap and shabby it looked like it had been used. Upon inspection, it turned out that it was not used, it was simply of poor quality at first. The second problem is that the title just doesn't fit. There was no way to bolt it to the block around the frame. This was my last purchase of "cheap" exhausts for my scooter. I would definitely recommend spending your money on a higher quality exhaust.
