I was completely confused when I received this in the mail. I thought I only got the free transfer tape without the vinyl so I wrote to customer service and they promptly sent me another roll only to find it was just transfer tape again. I finally realized that the vinyl was neatly wrapped in the transfer tape. Yes, I'm a bit confused! LAUGH OUT LOUD! I ended up with two rolls left because I decided to keep both and pay for a spare. This is the best vinyl for any project. It cuts well and is the easiest to weed. It also sticks really well and lasts forever. My customers are always very happy with their decals. I sell on Etsy so I try to always use good quality vinyl and Oracle is the best! LillyHopCreations
