I really liked this product when CamelBak first introduced it because I always forgot my mug to pour drinks in. When I received it, it wasn't what I was hoping for. My biggest complaint is when using this for hot drinks. The mug is not double walled, making it almost impossible to pick it up when there is a hot beverage inside. The included rubber pouring cap works well but is difficult to put on, especially when the mug is full. I would have preferred a rubber grip on the side to isolate hands from the hot drink. There's a reason hot coffee houses put one of those cardboard sleeves on top of the mug. This works well for cold drinks, but it can get a bit cold even if you put ice in the cup. With this and no double walls, the mug tends to sweat due to condensation in the air. Overall it's a good, sturdy bottle and the tumbler is strong too, but I think I'll stick with my other CamelBak bottles and just remember to bring my tumbler every time.
