I see a lot of reviews on here saying the same thing so I'm just adding my voice to the list of dissatisfied Fitbit Zip owners. I love my Zip because I don't want to wear a fitness tracker on my wrist, but it's a shame FitBit doesn't come up with a better product. The first two zippers I had were lost due to the clip failing and the tracker being lost. (To their credit, FitBit replaced both for free.) It's been a while since I've lost one, but this is the second clip I've had to buy in the last four months because the plastic tip broke at the end. . I'm glad I can get them from Revain (free shipping - hooray, Prime!), but it really annoys me that I keep having to replace them. Maybe Zip is just a loss maker for Fitbit and they make all their money by us buying these stupid clips - just like printers are really cheap and ink is so expensive. Hmmm.
