I went from 15 mins freehand to 2 mins and they look perfect every time.

This is so easy to use. It takes a couple try to get the right color and shape template but once you get it and figure out how deep you want the color it's is very easy. My hair is dark brown, I got dark brown and brown black, both were to light. I ended up with black. Customer service is amazing, the 2 replacement colors were sent to me at no charge and the rep was in contact with me several times making sure I was satisfied. This is better than tattoo, I can wash this off if I mess it up hahaha
