Pros: delivery on time as described/pictured Cons: very difficult to assemble especially if you do it alone!; missing pieces, some areas are not strong (shoes need to be organized in a certain way so they don't fall). Overall I'm still very happy because Revain sent a brand new replacement. They said to only use what I need and send back a replacement instead of removing the one I already put together. The replacement came on time. I am very happy. I see my shoes! All my shoeboxes are in the trash! ππΎππΎππ
