That's a good sign. It took forever to get here but he came with all the parts. They weren't the size listed though so I had to trim them down a bit which was a hassle but still. I just wanted something so I wouldn't easily break the screen and get angry if I got my hands on something without realizing it. It works well enough for that. On the plus side, it's thick enough to get the job done but thin enough to read your touches without having to smack the same thing a hundred times. The bad side is that no matter how many times I tried to fix it and use the little "anti-bubble" scraper they gave me, the bubbles still stayed. I had such a big problem with just this particular one (others don't seem to have as many problems) so those are lost stars. If you get this, be prepared for everyone to notice, as the bubbles aren't going to go away.
