I am very happy with my purchase. These are not powerlifting knee pads, so don't confuse them with that. Powerlifting knee wraps are very, very tight around the knees and don't flex a lot. They are designed to keep your knees very tight when powerlifting. I do box squats and it works best for me. They are a little stretchy, elastic, and I wrap my knees because I have chronic hamstringitis. So my knees don't feel stable when I squat with some weight. With these bandages my knees feel much better and now my weak spot is my back to work on. Each wrap is long enough to support each knee. When I finished wrapping my knee, I took some of the excess and tucked it under the last bandage to hold it all together. After a few sets of squats, they came loose and I had to sweat and rebandage my knees. So I sewed Velcro, a piece of hard and soft Velcro, to the bandage and now they stay in place during workouts. When I tighten my knees enough to support them, it starts to affect circulation, so I take them off when I finish my squats. I wish they already sewed on velcro but I haven't seen a brand that fits like this. As none of the brands come with velcro I am very happy with how they support my knees after I sew them to mine.
