I ordered the EVICIV Raspberry Pi Monitor Mini Portable Touch Screen Display not for Raspberry Pi, but for use with a Windows 10 Mini PC. The PC runs several specialized applications suitable for the touch display. Unfortunately. I couldn't get the EVICIV Raspberry Pi Monitor Mini Portable Touch Screen Display to work as a touch screen. The monitor worked fine as a standard monitor, but not as a touchscreen. I've followed all online advice to set up Windows 10 for touch, including using Device Manager and switching Windows to tablet mode, but nothing has enabled touch. To be honest, I attribute that to the mini PC's BIOS rather than the EVICIV Raspberry Pi Monitor Mini portable touchscreen display. The BIOS of the mini PC may not be able to use the touch screen. Then I tried the EVICIV Raspberry Pi Monitor Portable Mini Touch Screen Display on an Android device. I noticed that the device must support USB 3.1 over a Type-C port. I only have one device that meets these criteria. This is my Sony Xperia 1 smartphone. I tried it and many (but not all) of the touch controls worked. Again, I attribute this to the smartphone rather than the monitor. The portable mini touch screen display of the EVICIV Raspberry Pi Monitor meets most of its needs. It features a 12.3-inch IPS screen with two USB-C ports (power and signal) and a mini HDMI port. All cables are included. While I'm disappointed that I couldn't get the monitor to work with my mini PC, it's still a decent and useful monitor.
