I am very satisfied. I've been using it every day since I got it last week, mainly for steaks I've sous vide and it works much better than the old method of dipping ziplock bags in water to force the air out. . Also, I've used it for salmon and it works great for that too. I would have given it five stars but the instructions weren't as precise as they should have been; For example, it was not clearly stated that the amount of time required to empty the bag would vary, as the device appears to use the vacuum level achieved, rather than just a fixed time, to determine when this will occur. This is the correct method and makes sense, but is still not obvious. Also, there is a delay of about 12 seconds between when the vacuum is achieved and when the bag is sealed and the process is complete. This is also not clear from the instructions, and if you open this device without waiting those 12 seconds, the packaging will not be sealed. These are only minor points as it is actually very easy to use once you know how and not difficult to figure out.
