A good product. Excellent customer service
Item received but defective. The latch is attached to the door frame with just 2 of the 3 original factory screws. One of the screw holes in the latch was too big. Contacted Yikesai (seller) to report the issue. Exchange of messages and photos showing the problem. Yikesai delivered a new closure to n/c within a few days. New latch fitted, fits snugly and works as expected. Thank you Yikesai for the great service and support for your product!
