It is very difficult to find a "handler" in Samsung SmartThings that works for this device. Neither manufacturer nor model appear in the list of available devices in SmartThings. I had to spend a lot of time researching and trial and error to find a working handler. Your mileage may vary, but I was able to get this to work using the "Fibaro Flood Sensor ZW5" as the device. You can change this by editing the device on the smartthings.com website, not in the app after you've added the device to your hub. Be sure to test the leak wire by wetting it to ensure your device reports a leak - one of the suggested handlers reported wet/dry but the value never changed to wet - it always reported "dry" - despite the sensor wire being immersed in water! Three stars would have been one, but I should have noticed that the ad didn't say it worked with SmartThings, and it ended up working.
