Just bought a new house and noticed that all the sockets are in the living room behind the furniture. In addition, sockets are located at floor level, which makes connection difficult. This investment solved both problems. I attached them to the three foot high walls at the end of the furniture. Now they are easily accessible and easy to use. Good product. I didn't think I would like the small powerful lights but they make great night lights and don't create any glare. Whoever designed them did a good job. They are very durable with thick cords. A good product. I bought another one because they are so comfortable.
