It was difficult to determine the direction. I ended up watching a YouTube video on how to put it on after throwing it away a couple of times. Once I found out how easy it was to put it on. It rubbed a little and I had to loosen it to calm it down, but then it didn't help. The first day I put my air boot back on because it excited me. I finally took the time to put it on and it was better. My doctor recommended this brand and style to me and said many famous athletes use them. You have to pay someone to carry them 😁
