At first I made a mistake and pulled with acrylic. It was a big failure. After doing more research, I decided to try stainless steel again. It was the best decision. I was allergic to acrylic. Since I switched to stainless steel, I haven't had any more problems. I am now on 2g. I use cones to stretch and place the plug on the back of the cone and it just slides in. The only thing I have to say is that the larger the diameter, the more difficult the cork will be. The external thread is quite complex. Take your time! Take the time to even measure your ears. I'd say wait a month or two between stretches and you'll be fine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS KIT TO START.
