notice a noise while handling unit… solder balls

As I’m opening up the unit, I hear some clanking going on inside the unit. Thought it may have been some little plastic pieces, no big deal but it also could’ve been a loose screw which would be detrimental. Further inspection reveals that there are 2 solder balls just hanging out within the unit waiting to arc on some critical device and possibly short out my computer. Was not expecting to see loose solder balls!

No translation

I never leave replys unless warranted and this one deserves it. Like many others in the comments I received a none working unit. Followed the troubleshooting instructions that were on the box to no avail. Sent this back and got the 1000w EVGA that installed easy and worked right away with no troubleshooting needed.
