Easy to install.
Easy to install when replacing a broken one, but when installing a new one use a big nail to align the hinge holes or you may have trouble installing. Setting it up requires a simple but time-consuming setup. I'm replacing the broken one so I'll see how long this one lasts. I have two left to use if the others break.
