Recruiting process was easy with multiple stages set up. The customer support team were always very helpful at every stage of our hiring journey. There wasn't much in terms of dislikes, but we did struggle somewhat when using Recruitment Cloud as it didn’t always sync across platforms (mobile app & website). Our biggest challenges have been around compliance - ensuring candidates are compliant with GDPR requirements for example. This has required us to be quite strict about candidate selection criteria which can sometimes mean not being able to source suitable candidates. We've also had some difficulty onboarding new employees due to lack of knowledge regarding best practices within the industry. Once they understand these things I expect this will become less of an issue. Having more control over who sees your CV's means there isn't so many opportunities where people just send out mass emails asking if anyone wants their resume or looking for work.
