We have a few of these that we got our hands on about a year or so ago. Maybe less than that. The point is, they were absolutely the best pillows we had ever came across. Ever! They were so incredibly comfortable. Soft, plush, and amazing.However, getting this set of two of the exact same pillow from the exact same company, things apparently changed. They are incredibly firm and uncomfortable in comparison. When we put them side by side they were more than twice the density or firmness. Not comfortable at all. It does seem like their quality assurance is non-existent when it comes to creating a consistent product. It was so unacceptable we had to send them back sadly. Now we are stuck once again looking for a new option. What a cruel world.
