-ish. Although not out of the box BUT for about $4 and a few minutes you can have a radio that looks decent and not like something cluttered with spare parts (I also see the humor in the last part of that statement). SMA barrel connector .FF. Then go to the plumbing section of your favorite home improvement store and look for a replacement gasket display. Look for beveled washers. There are many options for the outside diameter, so choose the one that works best for your radio. Take your radio with you and check its seating if necessary. Back in the hut, first open a hole in the washer so that the SMA connector can fit through. Don't get too big or the puck will slip off the antenna and fall down. I used a 5/16" drill bit. Then use a razor blade to remove most of the "inside" of the washer. Some trial fitting is required at this stage to find the right fit. Material removal as needed, to get the fit you want. You should end up with a small bowl with a hole in the bottom. When you're done, put all the pieces together. Now you have a radio that looks the way it should be. -- -- As for the antenna itself, it does what it's supposed to do. It's not as long as the tri-band Nagoya. It's also stiffer. Yes, it flexes like a rubber ducky, but there's considerable springback, like that that it comes back straight and authoritative. No flexible cleats. I find it fun to add a $45 antenna to a $25 radio.
