This is a really hard brush. I've been using medium-sized toothbrushes for many years, but I've never been able to completely get rid of the "spongy" feeling in my teeth. I saw them and thought why don't you try it! I'm glad I did because it's the only thing I've found that cleans my teeth all day long. As I said before, this is a hard brush. If you brush aggressively or have sensitive gums, you may want to go the other way or use a different brush for your gums. As a result, they bleed with prolonged use. I use it to clean my gums, but I'm more careful than my teeth. For this price I will return regularly and replenish when needed. These are no longer sold in stores!
