Review on 16 Count EBL AA Rechargeable Batteries 2800MAh Ready2Charge Quality by Antonio Edan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I have tried lots of NiMH batteries.they say 2800 but really 2300 to 2500 after 10 cycles.

I have tried lots of NiMH batteries.they say 2800 but really 2300 to 2500 after 10 cycles. I say about 5% of them will fail after 1 year of use (about 25 cycles). That is better than 10 to 15% failure rate on other types. I've bought Rechargeable batteries for 30 years. and this brand hold up the best over time. Price is fair and they do last. The 2800 is 1st to 5th time charge and drops and hold at about 2200 to 2300 mAh after 2 years. I use a fancy charger that give pretty good accuracy on capacity. A few full drain/recharge after a few years gives them a bit more life. I say these are really good for 400 cycles. .not "1000" as older NiMH batteries. These newer types last less than 500 cycles. but hold a charge for a long , long time. Older batteries drain and are inactive after 3 months. these will be 90% after 3 months.

Pros
  • 1200 Tech, ProCyco (Professional recycle) helps maximize its best power performance while charging.
Cons
  • May be difficult to differentiate from similar products
