Excellent mouse, requiring little time to learn the side keys. There would be no buts if. My g13 key is malfunctioning; pressing it requires three times as much force as normal keys. This is obviously very frustrating, and I had anticipated Logitech devices would be more reliable. I'll add that I walked right by the mouse, went out and bought another one, and then went home and. When you try to turn it to the right, it gets stuck. =) I'm going shopping once more because I want to give it one more, final shot. There aren't any black ones, so I suggest we get a white one instead. I bring it home, and lo and behold, the mouse worked perfectly; nobody had any issues with any of the keys. In conclusion, only the third mouse in my instance at Logitech proved to be operational.
