Review on JEKOSEN String Winder Flying Outdoor by Zachary Spaulding

I asked "Can I hold it with my right hand and wind it with my left?" to which the seller replied "Yes, it can be used for both right and left hands". this is impossible, the handle is on the wrong side, if you try to move the handle to the other side it's impossible (see picture), it won't go in because it hits the frame from the inside of the spool . Unless you put your left hand over or under your right hand to wind this up, which is almost impossible, this item is useless. So I'm not stuck with a kite that I can't use (shoulder issues so I bought this kit) and I don't know if I can get my money back.
