Review on πŸ”΄ Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folio for iPad 5 in Striking Mars Red Orange: A Perfect Blend of Style and Functionality by Marcus Dorgham

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The product has some great features. It's easy

I just ordered my fourth. I paid for three. On one occasion, Revain replaced a defective one free of charge. The product has some great features. It's lightweight, holds my iPad Air securely, and is moderately priced "like new refurbished". It also keeps the iPad in a comfortable position for typing. This is important because I often use it to take notes during meetings and interviews. Unfortunately it is poorly made. My first one didn't charge after a couple of weeks. Raven replaced him. After a few months, the plastic corner of my second one broke, making it impossible to hold the iPad. My third, just two months later, won't charge. Why did I order the fourth today? I haven't found a better alternative. When held together, it prevents my iPad from shattering if it slides on the floor. I've tried Clam Case in the past. It was heavy and put my iPad in an uncomfortable typing position. It was also a lot more expensive. Before the clam case, I bought a Logitech metal case. It also cost more and didn't hold my iPad in place. It fell out and smashed the screen. I had to buy a new iPad. It was expensive! So I'm sticking with this keyboard until I find something better, although I'm deeply disappointed in the product's lack of durability.

Pros
  • Sample for a year
Cons
  • Not bad but...
