My wife has chronic ankle pain so I bought this hoping she could get some relief. It worked well despite only fitting a small ankle. Also, the velcro is not very strong and comes off easily. I bought her another one so she can work on both ankles at the same time. The problems started 2 months later. The device began to make a loud grinding noise and became very hot. I contacted the seller who asked me to send him a video of the device which I did. He offered 20% off a new one which I declined. His last offer was a 35% discount. I tried to contact the manufacturer but couldn't find him. Needless to say I am very disappointed in this product and the seller.
