Review on 🔵 HUE Animation Studio: Unleash Your Creativity with the Complete Stop Motion Animation Kit for Windows (Blue) by Connie Lewis

We bought this camera because my sister had it for her son and together they (two 8 year olds) shot a 90 second video over the Christmas holidays . We bought a camera and enthusiastically hooked it up to our Mac (as did she). We've only used the camera once with the Hue software since then. The software keeps shutting down when we try to switch from the FaceTime camera to the Hue camera. I contacted Hue support, they suggested turning the computer off and back on, which of course I've already done. I've tried reinstalling software, shutting down, restarting, starting the computer with or without the computer plugged in. I contacted the company many times and they just shrugged. I've been trying to fix this for so long it's past the return time. We finally got another animation program and it works, but the camera is hard to focus and the base isn't heavy enough to prevent it from tipping over unless it's in the "just right" position. This means that it is difficult for a 9-year-old to record continuous scenes. I'm almost on the verge of just buying a new camera and throwing it away it's so frustrating for me but for the price I'll let my 9 year old play with it as long as all the stuff doesn't annoy him and does me it hurts .
