Review on JET 90417 Stage 1 Module by Joe Duncan

Installation seemed pretty easy when reading the manual but when it came time to install it needed tweaking will. I have a 2005 Chrysler Pt Cruiser and the computer is mounted in the back of the engine bay where the instructions were correct. The problem was that after disconnecting the cables from the computer and connecting the JET Stage 1 module, the cable that should have been connected to the JET did not fit. This was because there wasn't enough clearance between the computer circuit board and the brake fluid reservoir. The solution was to remove the 4 screws holding the computer to the engine compartment, connect the JET and the cable that connects to it. After that I had to tinker a bit with different angles to get the computer back in place. No big deal, and this process added maybe another 10 minutes. Overall a simple setup and I noticed a slight increase in power in higher gears.
