The perfect cloak for a very tall woman
I love this cloak but it arrived damaged. I will return it for another. I'm 4x-5x tall and it covers my waist and hips perfectly. If you want to wear a dress as a cover-up, it will definitely work for petite women. If you are a very tall woman like me it is still perfect for the waist.
