This product was a big disappointment. I've made three recipes out of it so far and they've all been either mediocre or a failure. I've tried making mozzarella twice and never succeeded. Ricotta has an awful texture. Mascarpone just sucks. I've made vegan versions of all of these cheeses from recipes I found online, but thought it would be great to have all the ingredients in one convenient pack. I think I'll ditch the recipe book and just use the leftover ingredients from the recipes I find online.
